ANCHORAGE – Real estate developer, author, television personality and presidential candidate Donald Trump has qualified for the Alaska Republican Party’s Presidential Preference Poll, which will take place March 1, 2016.

“It is my great honor to be accepted to be on the ballot in Alaska,” Trump said.

The Alaska Republican Party advocates for responsible, limited government, and the integrity of our U.S. Constitution.

Marcia Davis culpable for flagrant violations 

ANCHORAGE - The Alaska Republican Party is calling for the resignation of Gov. Bill Walker’s deputy chief of staff, who is accused by the Alaska Public Offices Commission of grave violations of campaign laws.

The complaint filed by APOC staff alleges that Davis was involved in what can only be interpreted as money laundering, as she and her fellow conspirators set up a phony nonprofit for the purpose of moving funds into two independent expenditure groups. One of those groups was Walker-Mallot 1.

ARP Offers Condolences to McGuire family

Anchorage – The Alaska Republican Party offered its deepest condolences to the family of Dr. David McGuire of Anchorage, who passed away this week. Dr. McGuire is the father of state Sen. Lesil McGuire.

“Dr. McGuire was a gifted surgeon and he cared deeply about his family and Alaska,” said Chairman Peter S. Goldberg. “He was a faithful friend of the late Sen. Ted Stevens and helped many candidates on their path of service to Alaskans.

“We know the loss is great for family, friends, and associates of David, and we extend our heartfelt sympathy as they both grieve their loss and celebrate his life.”
